Check-In / Check-Out
- Check-in: from 2:00 PM (earlier by prior arrangement, subject to availability)
- Check-out: by 10:00 AM (late check-out may incur fees)
Respectful Conduct
- Guests must behave respectfully toward other guests, neighbours, and staff.
- Excessive noise, nuisance, or disturbance may result in immediate termination of stay without refund.
Smoking & Vaping
- All rooms are 100% non-smoking and non-vaping.
- Smoking or vaping indoors will incur a minimum cleaning fee of $200 and may lead to eviction.
Pets
- No pets are permitted, except registered service dogs.
Visitors
- Visitors must be pre-approved by management and must vacate the property by 10:00 PM.
- Only registered guests may stay overnight.
Damage & Cleanliness
Report any accidental damage as soon as possible to avoid additional costs.
Guests are responsible for any damage, breakages, or excessive cleaning required due to misuse or negligence.
