Payment

  • Payment is due upon check-in unless otherwise stated.
  • Accepted payment methods: major credit/debit cards or cash by arrangement.
  • Credit card details are held securely as a condition of booking and may be charged for:
    • Late cancellation or no-show fees
    • Damage or missing property
    • Breach of house rules

Deposits

  • Certain bookings (e.g., group or event stays) may require a deposit or prepayment.
  • Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.

Damage or Loss

  • Guests are liable for any damage or loss to property, fixtures, or furnishings caused by themselves or their guests.
  • The motel reserves the right to charge repair, replacement, or cleaning costs to the credit card on file or issue an invoice payable within 7 days.
