Deposits
- Certain bookings (e.g., group or event stays) may require a deposit or prepayment.
- Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.
Damage or Loss
- Guests are liable for any damage or loss to property, fixtures, or furnishings caused by themselves or their guests.
- The motel reserves the right to charge repair, replacement, or cleaning costs to the credit card on file or issue an invoice payable within 7 days.
